Update & Praise Report

Holy Week provided the MACC body with a number of opportunities to reflect on the reality of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Thursday night we remembered the Last Supper with a Maundy Thursday dinner and on Good Friday people were given the opportunity to walk through a series of stations representing the journey of Christ to the Cross.  Saturday we hosted a community-wide Easter Egg Hunt, where we shared the Gospel with over a hundred of our neighbors, followed by a fun-filled egg hunt and sugar rush.  It was a great opportunity to meet others from our community and enjoy the Gospel together.  The week culminated in a celebration service on Sunday that emphasized the significance of the Resurrection and the life-changing power of the Gospel.  The impact of this reality can be illustrated by sharing a little about a new member of the body of Christ.
